Georgina Challen from Claygate, Surrey admits to the police that she has murdered her 61 husband Richard Challen. The reason why she bludgeoned her husband to death was that she had reason to believe that he was cheating on her. The 59-year-old woman was sentenced to 22 years in jail, when she was asked why she killed her she said ''If I can't have him, no-one can'' The reason that the wife assumed that her husband was cheating on her was due to her husband being on the phone with another woman.
I honestly don't get how you can be that jealous, and how you can end the life of someone that you love. At that age you should be a lot wiser and much more aware of the consequences of your actions, but apperantly not this woman as she murders her own husband over a phonecall, and then ends up in jail for 22 years. In my oppinion this woman doesnt just need a jail sentence she should be put in a hospital for the mentaly ill as that apperantly seems to be the case.
