The police has arrested a woman of 39 for phone hacking.
The woman, Terenia Taras, was the partner of Greg Miskiw, who worked in a senior role for the paper.
The inquiries made by the police are focused on the interception of mobile and voicemail messages. The police has News of the Week under investigation after allegations about public figures came in.
Other News of the World journalists have also been arrested but none of them were never charged with any offence.
News of the Week is dealing with the issue in several ways and is hoping to come with a fair solution for the issue.
Another hacking issue, there seems to be a lot of these things going on these days. As I said in my other post I will keep pressing the fact that the government needs to do more to assure the safety of our privacy. As currently anyone with a bit of knowledge of computers or cellphones seems to be able to hack his/her way through the security without any real problem which is quite alarming and dissapointing that the security is really just that low. If the government would invest some time and resources into this issue maybe some things can be prevented from happening!
